7. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account. Processed billing cycles are non-refundable.

8. Refund Policy

Digital products and online courses are non-refundable once access is granted.
By purchasing, you consent to immediate access and waive the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2019/770.

9. Mentorship Programs

Mentorship does not guarantee financial results, income, or business outcomes. Additional terms may apply per program.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for trading losses, financial losses, market events, business outcomes, or third-party platform issues. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid.

12. Governing Law

Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

To become an Affiliate, you must submit a completed application via our Kajabi Affiliate signup page.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Only individuals aged 18 or older are eligible to participate.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for promoting Dirc Zahlmann Academy products using their unique referral links provided through Kajabi.
Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords (e.g., “Dirc Zahlmann,” “Dirc Zahlmann Academy”) in paid advertising campaigns unless explicitly authorized.

3. Commissions and Payments

Affiliates earn a commission of 25%] on eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
Commissions are calculated based on net sales, excluding refunds, chargebacks, and taxes.
Payments are made monthly via [Insert Payment Method, PayPal], provided the affiliate has reached a minimum payout threshold of 500.
We reserve the right to withhold payment for any suspicious, fraudulent, or reversed transactions.

4. Tracking and Reporting

All affiliate referrals and sales are tracked using Kajabi’s affiliate system.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their links are correctly used; we are not responsible for missed tracking due to improper link placement.

5. Prohibited Actions

Affiliates may not:

Engage in illegal, unethical, or deceptive marketing practices.
Make false claims about Dirc Zahlmann Academy products.
Spam through email, social media, or any platform.
Use copyrighted materials without permission.
Offer discounts, bonuses, or other incentives not approved by Dirc Zahlmann Academy.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Dirc Zahlmann Academy branding and marketing materials solely to promote products.
Affiliates may not modify any trademarked materials or present themselves as Dirc Zahlmann Academy employees.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
Upon termination, all rights to use Dirc Zahlmann Academy materials immediately cease.
Affiliates will receive unpaid commissions for valid sales generated prior to termination.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Dirc Zahlmann Academy makes no guarantees regarding the success or income of affiliates.
Affiliates participate at their own risk. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.

10. Amendments

Dirc Zahlmann Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email.
